Abel Verheyden is a Belgian multidisciplinary artist living in Brussels. He first studied musicology at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Brussels, before undertaking a degree in directing at the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten in Ghent. Since 2020, he has been working as a director of short narrative and experimental films. At the same time, he reflects on and composes music that he seeks to make as relevant as possible in a world where listening culture is gradually changing its nature.
